The Woodstock City Council has postponed its first public hearing on impact fees until March, to allow staff to finish drafting an ordinance. During a January work session, council members agreed unanimously to pursue a parks recreation impact fee of approximately $2,931 on each new single family home and townhome. They also agreed to pursue a transportation impact fee of approximately $1,200 on each new single family home, which is significantly less than what was originally proposed by staff.
